How to Request a Return

Before sending any items back, please email us at gday@troppostudio.com.au to receive return authorisation.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

We only issue refunds for faulty garments, all other returns will be issued a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Discounted items are final sale or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Faulty Items

We quality check all pieces before shipping, but if you receive a faulty item please take a clear photo of the fault as soon as possible. Email us at gday@troppostudio.com.au so we can resolve the issue.
